'Grid' is the work I made for my final submission for my Dip Visual Arts.
'Grid' consists of a suite of nine disc's that are 50cm (16") in diameter. The discs are multilayered monoprints made
on acid-free 100% cotton rag paper. They are printed with oil based inks, shellac and primal and are mounted on acid-free
foam board with archival adhesive. They are very light and can be affixed to a wall by 'velcro' fastenings (included).
The foam board creates the illusion that the disc's are floating slightly away from the wall.
The entire work occupies a wall space of approximately 2x2 metres (6'x6')
The complete work can be purchased for NZ$2500.00 plus postage and packaging.
